This exciting land release in Cairns is scheduled for construction to commence in 2011 and is available for those wishing to register their interest prior to release. There are 9 allotments that will comprise the initial release of allotments in this Stage (8A).
This Stage will be the next land release on the Northern side of Avondale Creek and will be accessed by the extension of Red Peak Boulevard from Stage 7.
All allotments are large (with an average size over 950 square metres), elevated and have a direct frontage to the rainforest lined Avondale Creek.
All allotments will have access to underground services including sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications and gas.
